Elizabeth Mico, owner and director of Creative Soles Dance Company in Windermere, FL is a dedicated professional in the dance world and has been performing and studying dance for over 25 years. Liz was a competitive dancer for many years focusing on jazz, tap, ballet, musical theater, lyrical and hip-hop. As a native New Yorker, where she studied for most of her dance education, she had the opportunity to take master classes with some of the most notable choreographers of today including Mia Michaels, Wade Robson, and Brian Friedman, to name a few. All of whom have been showcased on top rated national television shows. She has not only studied at her local studio but also in programs at Broadway Dance Center and Steps, renowned schools in NYC. Liz was a dance major in her high school Performing Arts Institute and continued her studies as a dance minor at Hofstra University, Long Island, NY.
A well rounded performer; she notes performance opportunities on her resume that include both stage, television and locally as a performer for the Walt Disney Company. Liz had both principal dancer and leading roles in shows such as; “Funny Girl”, “Grease”, “Meet me in St. Louis” and “Annie”. She has also made appearances on NBC shows, “Ed” and “Law & Order”. Making the move to Orlando, FL in 2007, Liz followed her dream of performing with the Walt Disney World Company and did so for five years in various parades and shows throughout WDW property.
After almost 20 years of performing, Liz has taken a backseat and dedicated all of her energy to her greatest passion; dance instruction and choreography. Her true passion is teaching and giving people the opportunity to love the art of dance as much as she does. Studying dance education both in college and throughout the country at numerous dance intensives and conventions, dance instruction became second nature to her. Liz’s award winning choreography has since then brought home national awards from all over the country. It is her goal to instill the passion of performing and dance on every level, to every student that walks through the doors of her studio, Creative Soles Dance Company, which opened in 2013. Owning and operating a studio to call her own has been a dream for countless years. She has built an incredible reputation not only through dance instruction, but also as a Special Education and Dance teacher at local public school, Keene’s Crossing Elementary, Windermere, Florida.
Zoey Cruz began his dance career in 2004 at a local dance studio in Los Angeles where he began training in freestyle and hip hop. He relocated to Washington DC and became a scholarship dancer with Culture Shock DC. Zoey then moved to Las Vegas a few years later to further his dance training with Culture Shock Las Vegas. Zoey has had the privilege of working and sharing the stage with other mainstream dance companies and choreographers like Jesse Lee Santos, Jerry Slaughter and NappyTabs who’s credits range from Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Usher, Pink, Janet Jackson, & some of TV’s biggest dance reality shows. He has worked nationally and internationally visiting several cities as a guest choreographer. Zoey has also taught workshops and judged events with dancers from shows such as So You Think You Can Dance, America’s Best Dance Crew and NBC’s World of Dance. He has Judged and featured choreography for World Of Dance showcase/competition. Zoey has also taught at several prestiges colleges such as George Town, Wagner College, University of Maryland, and Brown University. Zoey also had the opportunity to be an adjunct faculty at Shenandoah University. He is currently touring as a choreographer for a nationwide convention, Ambition presented by World Class Talent Experience. For the past 8 years Zoey has been teaching/directing several hip hop programs at studios and schools. He has also partnered with one of the biggest social dance networks, DanceOn that reaches 100 million plus viewers worldwide. In 2017, Zoey started his own dance episodic series Urban Generation, and is a guest staff instructor at Millennium Dance Complex Miami. With his past, current and future endeavors, Zoey hopes to grow as a dancer, choreographer, and director.

Taking dance classes since the age of 4, Haley Gray began rigorously studying dance at City Ballet School in Hagerstown, Maryland. There she was a 3 year member of the pre-professional Western Maryland Ballet Company, where she gained a great deal of classical performing experience. In May of 2018, Haley received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, VA. She has had the privilege of directly working with faculty and guest artists of various styles including ballet, pointe, modern, contemporary, jazz and heels. Haley has taught many master classes at various schools and studios, and has been weekly faculty at Mercersburg Academy and Elite Movement LLC. Her professional highlights include performing at VelocityDC, Southern Vermont Dance Festival and DUMBO Dance Festival in Brooklyn, NY. Infinity Talent Management also represents her for dancing and modeling. Her work has been published in Lens Magazine, Important World Artists Vol. 2, and sold at various galleries in NYC, San Diego, Miami, and Florence, Italy where she was able to go and receive the Leonardo Da Vinci Universal Artist Award. As an expressive, technical and gravitating dancer, she is eager to share her knowledge with students so they can reach their fullest potential.
Alyssa first found her passion for dance through her mother who performed with American Ballet Theatre in New York City, but she would go on to be a competitive gymnast full time at age 7. She was a Level 10 gymnast who earned a full NCAA collegiate gymnastic scholarship competing for Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. In college, Alyssa was an All-American gymnast and two time MAC Conference Champion who graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Event Management. After graduating, she moved back home to Orlando and fell in love with aerial acrobatics where she has had the opportunity to perform at theme parks, in theater productions and at corporate and private events across the US and Japan.
